THIS NOTICE MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Sdn Bhd (573259-K) has been appointed by Securities Commission Malaysia to act as Administrator for the assessment of claims and distribution of monies to eligible investors of the SwissCash Internet Investment Scheme ("Administrator").

Notice is hereby given that all persons who have invested in the SwissCash Internet Investment Scheme must submit his/her claims in writing to reach the Administrator on or before 7.00 pm on 10 February 2010. All claims must be accompanied with full relevant supporting documents and a Statutory Declaration as to Proof of Claim. Submissions shall be made as follows:

Every submission should include the following:

1) The original signed and attested Statutory Declaration as to Proof of Claim in the form below, setting out the amount you wish to claim and the detailed computation thereof (For example, if you had
invested USD1000 and received USD300 in returns, the claim should be for the sum of USD700)

2) A brief narrative of how you were introduced to the scheme and your investment history

3) Copy of your NRIC/passport or other identification documentation

4) Investment Certificates to show amount invested

5) Evidence of remittance made for each Investment Certificate or official receipt from recipient of your investment funds (Example: bank deposit slips, credit card payment slips, proof of telegraphic transfer via internet banking or ATM)

6) Evidence of returns on investments received to-date

7) Any additional documents you deem appropriate to substantiate your claim.

All claims must be submitted in either Bahasa Malaysia or English. Please note that the ability of the Administrator to successfully process your claim is dependent on you providing full and accurate
information as to the above.

Claimants who have previously submitted complaints to Securities Commission Malaysia on a voluntary basis are only required to submit items (1) and (2) above to the Administrator together with any
additional documents set out in items (3) to (7) above which have not previously been submitted.

Neither Securities Commission Malaysia nor the Administrator shall recognise claims:

(i) submitted after the deadline of 7.00 pm on 10 February 2010; or
(ii) submissions which are not supported by relevant documents as specified above; or
(iii) submissions in any language other than Bahasa Malaysia or English.
